The Lifetime Body Fitness Group: If you love variety, challenge, and socialization in your exercise program, this group may really fit your needs. In fact, the kind of connection, community, support, accountability, and tribe that the TLBFG emphasizes is an amazing upregulator for your health and fitness. Registration for the 2018 session will open on 04/15/2018, and the classes will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings from May 14th through August 16th. The Fitness Group consists of three components. You receive a weekly TLBFG e-blast which contains trending information on health and fitness. Also in the newsletter will be directions and instructions for the group training session. Each week, we meet twice per week at 6:00 p.m. at different outdoor locations around the Belgrade area for an awesome workout that lasts about an hour. These sessions are for the intermediate to advanced exerciser and each workout is unique. And finally, each weekly TLBFG e-blast also includes a Workout of the Week (WOW), which is complementary to that week’s group session and can be performed at home or at the gym (you’ll be given modifications to make this work no matter where you train).
