Movement is important and we all need lots of it. What’s equally important to overall movement is how we perform that motion. Our technique and form matter so much! Movement should be a poetic, graceful art form…no matter what we are doing. Daily life activities, exercises, sports — all these things should be practiced as a skill and hopefully perfected (or nearly so).
